Passengers with baggage to be checked should check their baggage at our check-in counter as soon as possible and collect boarding pass and baggage receipt.



All passengers on domestic flights in Denmark must check in and receive boarding passes, regardless of whether they have baggage or not.



All passengers on international flights must check in and get their boarding passes, regardless of whether they have baggage or not. We include passengers in the second section of the luggage compartment on this website.



If you send unaccompanied minors, who are wheelchair users, are sending your pet abroad or need other special assistance, make sure you arrive at the registry at least one hour before departure. This rule also includes passengers carrying extra large baggage (see "extra large baggage" in the baggage section of this website).
